I merge holistic bodywork, deep tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, and sound therapy to promote complete healing of the body. My approach aims to enhance the connection between the mind, and body, facilitate healing, restore balance, and create new channels for life and energy to circulate.

During our sessions, I will intuitively guide you to heal yourself. We will focus on clearing your energy, releasing blockages, and letting go of tension and trapped forces within your body.

I am recognized as a RMT in Alberta. My license was not transferable to B.C so I cannot bill to insurance.

I offer sliding scale options to make my services accessible to everyone.
